Cancellation Policy
Hair & makeup stylings are only reserved once the deposit of $160 has been received. The booking becomes binding at this point, and the deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels.
- Cancellations made less than 1 month before the service will be charged 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made less than 1 week before the service will be charged 100% of the total amount.
If I need to cancel, any unperformed services will be refunded. However, services already provided, such as trial stylings, are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of my unavailability (e.g., due to illness), I will make every effort to arrange a qualified replacement. While this cannot be guaranteed, I have successfully done so with a 100% success rate over 10 years of professional experience.

Note: These terms do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation for services that fail to meet acceptable quality standards under the ACL.
